In a life where we are all "too busy" for anything, I'm a firm believer that you can carry yoga and meditation with you anywhere.
Despite what you may have heard, yoga is a portable practice that doesn't always require a yoga mat, a studio, candles, and 90 minutes of quiet time (though, it sure would be lovely). No matter how short on time you think you are, you always have a moment to close your eyes and take three deep breaths... yup, that's yoga too.  Eager to learn more?
