It's no longer a secret that a yoga practice can benefit us on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. There's no better time to begin. 

I specialize in adapting yoga for people living with a disability, mobility issues, chronic pain or illness. I most recently taught ambulatory adaptive yoga for Mind Body Solutions, a non-profit founded by renowned author and yoga teacher, Matthew Sanford. 

My teaching is always adapted to who is in the room, not the sequence I have written down so my classes are suitable for all levels, all abilities, and all bodies. Contact me to inquire about bringing yoga to your home, company, or community.
