Mixed-Up | Volume I

Turbo Tail and Sonic Bark started as a couple of goofy drawings when we were all seeking joy during the lockdown(s) in spring 2020.

As isolation continued in 2020, I kept drawing. I took pictures of the hand drawings and texted a few of my nearest and dearest in hopes of bringing just a little silliness to their days.

Soon after, I invested in an economical drawing tablet and made the drawings digital. Then came color, accessories for the dogs, scenery, and experimenting with mixed digital media.

It’s been a delightful journey that has now been compiled into the following collection. Enjoy a look back on the creative adventure and origins of Turbo Tail and Sonic Bark!
